The Allen-Bradley 1756-L61 is a ControlLogix controller. It can either be a Series A or a Series B controller. It has 2 MB user memory and 478 kb I/O memory available, with an optional non-volatile storage memory of 128 MB but you can only use the 1784-CF128 CompactFlash memory card. It is a chassis-based controller and can be placed in any available slot of the 1756 ControlLogix chassis. Note that the only compatible chassis for this controller are 1756-A4, 1756-A7, 1756-A10, 1756-A13, and the 1756-A17. The Allen-Bradley 1756-L75 is a ControlLogix Series A programmable automation controller. It has a 4-character alphanumeric display that lets you see its current status and other diagnostic information. The controller has a 32 MB user memory available for data and logic and 0.98 MB I/O memory. It also has an optional nonvolatile memory storage; the controller ships out with a 1 GB SD card (the 1784-SD1) you can install to the module. You also have the option to upgrade the memory to 2 GB using the 1784-SD2. While using the SD card with the controller is optional, it is highly recommended that you install it.
